From one-off production to large series
As a system provider, we aim to cover all the requirements of modern enclosure production. That is why we also offer component assembly and completion with electrical and electronic components.
We work strictly according to specifications and in compliance with the selected protection level.
Production process of enclosures in our company
Step 1: Cutting of the parts
We cut the required material to your exact specifications using our laser cutting machine.
Step 2: Edge of the blanks
The cut-to-size sheets are shaped by our quailified employees.
Step 3: Welding together
of the components
Our ISO-certified welders now join the components to create the desired shape.
Step 4: Assembly
and completion
The blank housings are finished. For example, with electronic components, rubber linings or closures.
Step 5: on request:
Engraving
If desired, we can engrave the product with your company logo or important labelling.
Step 6: Packaging
and logistics
Everything is then packed well and sent to you with a renowned shipping partner.
